By creating a profile (“Profile”) and/or logging in to the Platform, you also agree to our Data Processing Agreement, where you as a user become Data Controller, and we, as service provider, become the Data Processor.

Favikon Creator is an online analytics tool designed for personal social media accounts like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. Its purpose is to track, measure, and visualize the data of the connected account(s). The applications of Favikon Creator serve as an additional dimension to each social network, offering users extra features and visualizations based on their data.
Authorized partners of Favikon Creator may offer assistance on the platform through transactions with clients or users outside of it. Third-party partners must have their own access to Favikon.
Using the platform to commit crimes or illegal events is strictly prohibited.
Create a profile on Favikon Creator
When creating a profile, your profile information from your LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or YouTube account is collected and utilized for your Favikon Creator platform profile. Your social media account can always be modified or updated, and Favikon Creator simply acts as a tool to visualize your account and social media data. By creating a profile, you confirm that the information you enter on your social networks, which is collected and displayed in Favikon Creator, as well as in other parts of Favikon Creator, is accurate and does not infringe upon the rights of others.
Storage
When you create an account on Favikon Creator, your information will be stored on the platform for as long as your account remains active. If you decide to cancel your subscription or if your account is terminated by Favikon Creator, your account will be deleted or made unavailable.
It is your responsibility to store and retain your data and information that you make using the platform. Favikon Creator is not liable for any loss or damage to your information.
To protect your information from unauthorized access and ensure proper use, we use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative controls. We also use standard security protocols and mechanisms for data encryption. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
You may upload your own materials to the platform, but Favikon Creator is not responsible for any loss or damage to such material.We will not share your information with any third party unless it is necessary to comply with legal requirements, protect our rights or property, enforce our terms and conditions, or promote our business interests. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that Favikon Creator is not responsible for any damages you may experience due to indirect losses, Platform failures, or Internet coverage issues, including sudden service interruption. We are also not liable for web content or information accessed on our websites or through our service, information or communications blocked by a spam filter, termination or suspension of your account or any social media account connected to our Platform, or any damage or loss of information, hardware, data, text, images, video, audio, or other materials resulting from a crash, whether caused by malicious attacks, viruses, or other factors.
Additionally, you agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to discover the source code, object code, or underlying structure, ideas, know-how, or algorithms of the Platform or any related software, documentation, or data.

Termination

Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by French law. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present terms shall be finally settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts relying in the district of the Court of Appeal of Paris.
Favikon Creator makes no claim that the software is appropriate or may be used outside France. If you visit the software outside France, this is done at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations or decrees of your jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement, Waiver and Severability
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Favikon Creator and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Favikon Creator with respect to the software.
