Interview Transcript:
When did you start posting on linkedin?
Ariel: In 2016, when LinkedIn first started allowing posts, I began using it very slowly and commercially.
Why did you continue to post?
Ariel: It’s my business, and I love communicating through it. The platform allows me to connect with the community and maximize its potential. For me, LinkedIn is the most important precision weapon in the world of social networks.
What is the most frustrating thing about linkedin?
Ariel: Vanity metrics can overwhelm you. What you do with your heart on Linkedin and the message you convey are crucial. It’s important to learn how to speak so your clients listen but also how to listen so your clients speak.
What do you like the most about linkedin?
Ariel: People are what make LinkedIn special.
Who is your role model on linkedin?
Ariel: Tomorrow’s version of me, will be much better than today.
What is your opinion on the current algorithm?
Ariel: Currently, the algorithm presents a wonderful challenge. As I posted yesterday, we need to reinforce this because LinkedIn values relationships. It’s not just about telling good stories but about developing relationships. There’s a radical and historic change that has never been implemented on this platform.
Your top 3 qualities to have as a good linkedin creator?
Ariel: First: Be Authentic. You must be the person you claim to be. If you’re not the real person you present in your posts, you will fail. Second: Be Careful with Your Posts. You need to stand by what you post because you will be challenged to prove that you are who you say you are. Be cautious with copying content and using artificial intelligence excessively without applying your heart and judgment. Third and Lastly: Listen. Listen a lot because LinkedIn has many tools and so do people. Understand who your clients are, what they need, and where they are.
Your advice for content creation on linkedin.
Ariel: Enjoy what you do, do it with passion, and have a clear goal. But give a lot of meaning to the process, fall in love with it. Sometimes we seek better answers, but the truth is that the best we can find are better questions.
It’s crucial to have fun, share, and see others as possibilities rather than just enemies or competitors. On LinkedIn, we all grow together.
Tell us your long-term goals.
Ariel: Strive to be a better version of yourself and a better person every day. I work on myself constantly, removing what’s not necessary, and trying to be a better master of my life.
What do you think about Favikon?
Ariel: Although I’m just getting to know you, I want to mention that I was ranked number one in Latin America and number one in the Spanish speaking world. Yes, I am number one.
